Directions & Warnings
Take one sachet daily with a main meal, or as directed by a professional.
Use within 2 months of opening
Long term intake of 50mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Long term intake of 50mg of zinc may lead to anaemia.
This product contains vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except of the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic.
